What are personal data and what does it mean to process them?
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data are any operations performed on personal data, irrespective of whether they are carried out in an automated manner or not, such as collection, storage, deletion, recording, ordering, modifying, browsing, using, sharing, processing or limiting data . At KIDS CRAFTS, we process personal data for purposes related to enrollment of a child for classes conducted in KIDS' KITCHEN and for advertising purposes.
The administrator of personal data, as defined in Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter also referred to as GDPR), referred to in the cases described below, is KIDS CRAFTS Robert Freyre with its registered office in Katowice, ul. How can I get access to my personal data, correct it or withdraw it?
Remember that even if we already have your personal data, you still have different types of rights associated with them. In case of any questions or requests regarding the scope and implementation of these rights, as well as in order to contact us in order to use a specific right in the field of personal data protection, contact us by email at email@example.com. We reserve the right to exercise the aforementioned rights after successfully verifying the identity of the person applying for the action.
Right to object: If we use your information because we consider it necessary for our legitimate interests, with which you disagree, you have the right to object and the right to request a restriction of processing. We will respond to your request as soon as we can.
Right to withdraw the consent: If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent (i.e. pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR), you can withdraw your consent at any time. After consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of specific activities or consenting to conducting marketing activities towards you, you can withdraw your consent at any time. We inform you about this anytime while collecting consents and we ensure you can withdraw the consent as easily as it was given. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
The right to access, change, update and delete your data: You have the right to ask us to access your personal data at any time and to confirm what information we have about you. You can also request a change, correction, update or deletion of your personal data.
The right to be forgotten: In certain situations, such as the illegal processing of your data, you have the right to demand that your personal data be immediately "erased" (the so-called right to be forgotten). We will reply to your request as soon as possible, no later than within 30 days (although in some cases we may have the right to extend this period). Your data will be deleted if one of the following conditions is met:
personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
if the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for processing;
if the data subject has objected to the processing of his data in connection with his specific situation or to the processing of data for marketing purposes;
personal data have been processed unlawfully;
personal data must be removed in order to comply with a legal obligation under the Union law or the law of the Member State to which the administrator falls;
if personal information has been collected in connection with the offering of an information society service directly to the child.
In the event of a positive consideration of the application, we will immediately delete your personal data. We will, however, keep your name and surname in our register of people who do not want to be contacted, which will reduce the likelihood of contacting you in the future, if your data is obtained in other circumstances. However, you can freely decide that you do not want us to do that.
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body: You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent local supervision authority, that is, at the state office, appointed to oversee the compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data in Poland. Therefore, if you use KIDS CRAFTS services in Poland, the supervision authority until May 24, 2018 is the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (http://www.giodo.gov.pl), and from 25 May 2018 it will be the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection .

We collect a limited amount of data from Users of our website in order to improve your experience while using our website and to facilitate the management of our services. Who is it about? This section applies to our clients for whom KIDS CRAFTS provides services in the course of running their business. If you are a KIDS CRAFTS customer, we must collect and use information about you and your child. What data do we collect and how? We collect them directly from you. The reason for using information about clients and information about their children is to register the child for the workshop at KIDS 'KITCHEN. The customer data we collect are actually very small. Basically, we only need your contact details and your child's details (such as your name, telephone number and e-mail address) in order to enable us to ensure the smooth flow of information and, for example, to insure your child for the time of holiday cooking academy. If we need additional personal information for any reason, we will notify you.
Candidates willing to cooperate with KIDS CRAFTS
Who is it about? This section applies to candidates for all types of jobs in KIDS CRAFTS. What data do we collect? In order to provide the best job opportunities tailored to your needs, we need to process certain information about you. How do we collect data? We receive it from you when you apply for a position at KIDS CRAFTS. Remember that we only ask for data that will really help us in the recruitment process, such as your name, age, contact details, education and employment history. We will also process additional information that you decide to give us in the CV you submitted. We collect such personal data only from you for the purposes of the recruitment process. The more information about you, your skills and ambitions we have, the better we can match our offer of employment in the structures of KIDS CRAFTS.
Does KIDS CRAFTS share my data with other companies and individuals?
Without your explicit consent, KIDS CRAFTS does not share your personal information with companies or third parties that could use it for their own purposes. The exceptions are authorized State bodies operating under the applicable law, which we are obliged to share your data with. We provide personal data to others only if we are permitted by law.
