We will reply to your request as soon as possible, no later than within 30 days (although in some cases we may have the right to extend this period).   5. personal data must be removed in order to comply with a legal obligation under the Union law or the law of the Member State to which the administrator falls;

  6. if personal information has been collected in connection with the offering of an information society service directly to the child.

In the event of a positive consideration of the application, we will immediately delete your personal data. We will, however, keep your name and surname in our register of people who do not want to be contacted, which will reduce the likelihood of contacting you in the future, if your data is obtained in other circumstances. However, you can freely decide that you do not want us to do that.

The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body: You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent local supervision authority, that is, at the state office, appointed to oversee the compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data in Poland. In order to provide the best job opportunities tailored to your needs, we need to process certain information about you. How do we collect data? We receive it from you when you apply for a position at KIDS CRAFTS. Remember that we only ask for data that will really help us in the recruitment process, such as your name, age, contact details, education and employment history. We will also process additional information that you decide to give us in the CV you submitted. We collect such personal data only from you for the purposes of the recruitment process.
